How we got here

I think the first home Matt and I ever took on was a beat up old Bungalow on Blaine St. in Caldwell. He bought it in 1998 for $ 50,000 and immediately started tearing into it. We learned a lot of lessons. And truth be told, I think Matt losses some money. That didn't stop him from taking many more project for himself and eventually, in 2015 for others. 
I "flipped" my first house in 2004. After that I was hooked and found myself building my first house in 2014. Matt and I have collaborated on many project in the last decade and in the chaos of 2020 we made the plunge and started a new company, with what we feel, is about a sound an approach to the business as one could find. 
It didn't take long before we knew we would need a bigger team. We have teamed up with Pat Sanford of PK Sanford Construction and Dayton Young, a local mainstay for focus in downtown Boise.
