The Nuevo Standard is our "Do everything" board. It measures 14 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and built durable for chopping, but with enough size and style to double as a serving tray. The Nuevo is also build slim and light enough to travel well. The Nuevo utilizes our same all natural finish and "board balm". And like all our boards comes with a small tin of "board balm" to keep the waterproofing refreshed. The Nuevo is a great way to replace your standard white plastic board with something durable that has a bit of flare. The Nuevo can be ordered as solid hardwood or hybrid (hardwood/epoxy). Should you desire solid wood boards may have natural character stabilized with a colored epoxy. Character free or no color stabilization must be requested in design options.
